Ethical Appeal: right vs. wrong

Emotional Appeal: feelings--hate, love, compassion, etc.

Logical Appeal: reasoning--"common sense"

Fact and data based appeal: numbers, data, research

anecdotal evidence: stories, personal accounts

Fear based appeal: scaring people
